IS WHEY PROTEIN NECESSARY?
As in these days every teen or gym guy used to take whey protein for faster recovery and wider muscles but is it necessary.Well it depends upon your goal.here let me explain Whey protein is made from milk so you can be assured that it has no side effects of consumed in right amount .let's take an example imagine you are a normal guy who don't do workout or any physical activity and one day you saw a video which states that protein consumption will make you less hungry and you can easily reduce your calorie intake .from there you started consuming whey 3 to 4 times a day approximately 100gm of whey in believe of losing weight trust me you will not only loose weight you will increase the risk of heart and kidney disease ,and unfortunately you will start to gain again after some time .I'm not saying that taking whey is bad for your health but take as much as your body needs .if you're an bodybuilder your consumption of good amount of 2gm per body weight protein is necessity .and good amount of protein for an athlete.and for normal slight 60 to70 GM protein is more than enough if you don't workout or perform any physical activity.Not only whey please be careful while choosing any supplement for your body first check is it really worth and is it safe .because most of these heart attacks are due to unauthorised supplements or heavy dosage please be careful what will you do with abs if you don't have a healthy body .
